Giant Moon ...
Today, Saturday, March 19,
reach the moon''giant''maximum visibility of the rare event will happen at midnight tonight. How
not happened in 18 years, will reach the minimum distance from the earth, we could see an event that only happens every twenty years: the so-called "giant moon."
The satellite will reach in fact the minimum distance from the earth (the highlight is scheduled at midnight, when it comes to about 353,400 km) and appear huge human eye, reaching 14% more of his greatness.
An event made even more spectacular by the fact that full moon is scheduled for tonight.
The phenomenon of the lunar perigee:
Renamed the simple words "super moon," the phenomenon is called perigee lunare.E in fact simply means that the minimum distance will be affected by ground
An event not rare, considering that not happened since 1993, ie 18 years.
From the astronomical point of view, is explained by the fact that the moon revolves around the Earth along an elliptical orbit, and every 19 years moving around the orbit due to the gravitational perturbations caused by other, perhaps, like the sun. ;
Thus the points at which the moon reaches the minimum distance (perigee) and maximum (apogee) swinging around a moving point average.

Butterfly ... and Moths.
Of all the life forms on this planet, the butterflies are in my view of living beings who have incredible
, through a process of different stages of growth and ; mutation irreversibly turn into a beautiful nature that is unique in the animal world, nature
could not create something more amazing ...
There are four main stages of a life cycle of a butterfly: egg, larva, pupa and adult.
Egg: Just before the moment of hatching the egg darkens, and the young caterpillars can be seen moving inside. Before carving out a kind of circular cover nell'involucro hard egg, then push the egg outside the body twitching.
This is one of the most vulnerable stages.
Caterpillar: The caterpillar chooses a suitable rod and a pad of silk weaving in the tail attacks. So
fixed a belt of the same material that is passed around the center of the body and remains
attached to the support offered by the stem. The cuticle of the caterpillar crack along the back and the pupa
begins to emerge. At this point the pupa takes its final shape.
Pupa: Shortly before the flicker, the color of the adult butterfly becomes faintly visible. The shell of the pupa cracks and the butterfly begins to come out hard.
When it is fully out, the butterfly from the end gives the abdomen a liquid called meconium, which contains the waste products accumulated during the pupal stage.
After hatching, the butterfly with its wings folded and left dangling, and expands
pumping haemolymph into the wing ribs. It is important that the insect's wings expand enough
quickly before hardening, otherwise, would remain permanently deformed.
Adult: The moth has fully developed a way of life completely different from that of the caterpillar: while it feeds on leaves to grow, the butterfly spent the time to suck the nectar of flowers and to mate.
Generally the life of a butterfly is quite short, ranging from a few days to a week or two
and only in some cases, can amount to months of life. For example, Vanessa I, or Eye of
peacock (Inachis I), spends the winter in hibernation before placing groups of more than 500 eggs at a time to
beginning spring, so it can go through two seasons.
The butterfly is the largest existing or butterfly Ornithoptera alexandrae Queen Alexandra
that can reach a wingspan of 31cm, a body length of 8 cm and
weighing up to 12 grams.
The Queen Alexandra butterfly (Ornithoptera alexandrae) is the largest butterfly in the world.
The name of this species was given by Lionel Walter Rothschild in 1907, in honor of Queen
Alexandra of Denmark's first European to discover the species was in Albert Stewart Meek
1906, a collector in the service of Lord Walter Rothschild to collect natural history specimens from Papua New Guinea
The females of the Queen Alexandra butterfly is bigger than the males with wings
markedly large and rounded. Females can reach a wingspan of 31cm
, a butterfly to a huge extent. Males are smaller than the females with wings drawings
brown iridescent blue and green and a bright yellow abdomen.
The Queen Alexandra butterfly females lay about 27 eggs during their entire life
, this estimate was made by Ray Straatman dissecting some adult females. The newborn larvae
eat the shell of the egg before they feed on the leaves. The time to develop from egg to
chrysalis is about six weeks, while the pupa stage lasts a month or more. The
adults emerge from pupa in the early morning when the humidity is still high, given the enormous
wings may dry until they have fully extended if the humidity vanish. Adults
live for three months or more and have few predators, other large spiders of the genus Nephila and
some small birds.
Adults are good flyers most active early in the morning, the courtship is brief but spectacular
; males hovering over a potential mate, with a sprinkling
pheromone that induces mating. The receptive female will allow the male
rest and mate, while those not receptive the male will fly away or discourage
in some way. Males are highly territorial and will drive away potential rivals, sometimes
chasing small birds as well as troidini other species. The flight is usually high in
foliage of the forest, but both men and women descend a few meters from the ground to feed
or lay blue eggs.
The Queen Alexandra butterfly is considered at risk by the IUCN, being restricted
approximately 100 square kilometers of rain forest near Popondetta in Oro Province
Papua New Guinea. The greatest threat to this species is the destruction
habitat to make way for plantations palm oil. Because of this, this butterfly has a
extremely high value on the black market.
The species is also highly valued by collectors, with samples also sold for illegal
thousands of dollars.

What Is Benzonatate For?
My Blog ...
author Forward ...
The birth of this blog "SERENITY '" was born in a time when I had a strong need to communicate and share with some friends my way of understanding life and my emotions.
continue to keep this "window on the world" because they open the pages of my blog I try to convey to my readers, subjects of common interest.
footprint I have tried to give is that of a popular nature of the blog so that visitors can find sites with which to enrich their curiosity.
In the past I have addressed several topics including: love, friendship, passion, that of all the emotions are those that are more common at all latitudes, I preseguito with some topics of common interest among Internet users, even virtual love talking, chatting, virtual communication and text messages that are relevant to the world of bloggers and especially the Internet around the world.
course, Articles published in the future are endless, and in recent times, my blog is visited by many bloggers mainly of Italian origin but the visitors, even on an index of Google that I see between the favorites, especially with regard to the pictures I posted of the various painters, have increased exponentially, and my pages are visited daily by over 200 people from around the world, visitors who have not leaving comments draw pages from my many photographs that accompany the various subjects published.
The my second blog "La Spezia and its territory" is, unlike the first, a way to know the places where I live to the many fans of Italian territory and is visited daily by Internet users from all over the world and thanks to the publicity that other blogger friends have on their pages, with recommendations and quality stamp.
La Spezia and the Liguria offers travelers views unimaginable to which the photos often do not make a precise beauty.
Unfortunately, the smells, sounds and feelings can not arise from the look of a beautiful but still limited emotion that a photo can convey.
comments to the pages of my blog are always welcome, because through them I can also evaluate the participation rates for reading and visiting my articles without them I think a blog is likely to pay off their creative force, of course this makes me as a person to publish more frequently constant new post. Some players make the request for disclosure of pages on topics of particular customs and traditions Italian, periodically try to meet their various demands more trying to please everyone, yet to publish in future issues, particularly on the country where I live, for all those who have made Italy a dream and a goal to achieve in their future.
Best wishes to all ...

International Women's Day ...
Happy March 8, all women
;
Michael Luongo
In the United States and the first official Women's Day was celebrated on February 28, 1909.
1975 was designated as "International Year of Women" by the United Nations on 8 March, the celebrated women's organizations around the world precisely the International Women's Day, with events honoring the advancement of women and recalled the need for continued vigilance to ensure that their equality was achieved and maintained in all aspects of civic life.
The origins of the annual celebration of this event go back to the beginning of the century and what happened
in 1908, when New York, 129 workers of the textile industry Cotton went on strike to protest the terrible conditions in which they were forced to work.
The strike lasted for several days until, on March 8, the owner stopped all the doors of the factory to prevent workers leaving the factory.
There was an arson attack and the 129 workers trapped inside the factory burned by the flames. Since then, March 8 has been proposed as an international day of struggle in favor of women.
The commemoration, all-American, the victims has since been accepted worldwide as the symbol of female liberation day.
Trivia:
The choice of mimosa as a symbol of Women's Day dates back to 1946 when the organizers of the celebrations in Rome were looking for a blossom season at a good price.

Carnival ...
Although part of the Christian tradition of celebrating carnival characters have origins in much older holidays, such as Dionysus Greek or Roman Saturnalia, which were an expression of the need for a temporary dissolution of the social obligations and hierarchies to leave room for subversion, a joke and even the debauchery. From a historical point of view and religious carnival therefore represents a time of celebration but also of renewal, albeit mostly symbolic, in which chaos replaced the established order, but once out of the holiday season, re-emerges new or refurbished and guaranteed valid for one cycle to the beginning of the next carnival.
Through the anonymity guaranteed by masks and costumes, you get a sort of leveling of all social divisions and was approved even mockery of public authorities and the aristocracy. Clearly, these concessions were widely tolerated and regarded as a providential outburst of the tensions and resentments that were created inevitably within the Republic of Venice, which placed strict limits on issues such as morality and public order of its citizens.
The word carnival comes from the Latin " ; carnem remove "(remove the meat), as originally indicated that the banquet was held on the last day of Carnival (Mardi Gras), just before the period of abstinence and fasting of Lent.

The whole carnival has the honor of representing, in the form of allegory, the revolt of the citizens for freedom from the tyrant of the city, probably Raineri Biandrate, killed by Mugnaia on which he prepared to exert the Droit de seigneur. It was that event to trigger the Civil War represented the battle between the people and the real troops that will be commemorated during the carnival, where teams of orange-throwers on foot (ie the people) defend their squares from orange throwers on the wagons (ie 's army) with strokes of orange to represent the arrows, while among the The procession paraded the city streets of Mugnaia throwing sweets and gifts to the population.

The Carnival of Venice is known for the beauty of the costumes, the pageantry of the celebration in the magical atmosphere of the lagoon and consists of several days full of events of various kinds : art exhibitions, fashion shows, theater performances and so on. Its origins are very ancient: the first evidence dates back to a document of Doge Vitale Falier of 1094

"The paper" is a preparation consisting essentially of water, glue, chalk and paper, the manufacturing process starts by creating a clay model. With a plastic cast on this model you get the negative of the mold, in which they are applying the strips of paper that have been previously soaked in a mixture of water and glue. Thanks to this material float makers can shape and very large volumes and masses, thanks to the lightness of the hollow forms, the wagon is a spectacular self-propelled.
